Michael (Mike) Dee Thompson Jr. was born October 21, 1966 and died April 22, 2007 from injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident. He is survived by his wife Dawn and his daughters Lauren, Breann, and Tristan. He is also survived by his mother Kendra, father Mike and second mother Linda, and brother Nicholas and sister Amber. Mike Jr. was a devoted husband and father that truly understood the importance of family. He cared deeply for his family and many times demonstrated his love by the practical jokes he would play on all of them. He was very proud of his daughters for their many accomplishments and most recently his daughter Lauren's graduation as an Army medic. His wife Dawn was his guiding light that helped make him who we was. They truly complimented each other as a husband and wife. Mike had a very large extended family, and that family was his many friends. Whether it was his work, his downhill bike racing, or his motorcycle riding he made friends. His friends became part of his family and were always welcome in their home. He always liked the trill of competing in downhill mountain bike racing and his new passion for motorcycle riding. Mike would push himself mentally and physically in both of these venues. He loved the adrenaline rush of pushing it to the max.

He will be missed by his family and friends.
